Kundalini Yoga - the yoga of consciousness
Stress is not a fad! What originally made it possible for people to survive in borderline situations still works according to the same pattern today. But today we live in a constant state of sensory overload. The stimulus and therefore the stress are real - but we all need the right way to deal with it. Only those who consciously and actively manage their everyday lives stay healthy, happy and satisfied.
The goal is to maintain precisely this balance in our increasingly turbulent everyday lives. This happens through the conscious alternation of tension and relaxation. It's about more body awareness, intuition and possible control of thoughts and feelings. The flow of energy is regulated.
We reach the mind through the body, but last but not least, Kundalini Yoga touches our soul and thus our spirituality.
